Prep day in meal plans

Just a tip when starting to create my own food plan should give one day to buy everything, since you start and the days are running and it does not give you the opportunity to buy, and the next day they disappear

This would be really handy - the plans are so detailed that I need some time to prepare/buy the food.

I want the option to start a meal plan in the future. Gives me time to prepare and buy needed groceries. Today the plan starts immediately, when I already finished breakfast and lunch.
