Let the user change the calories for fasting days. 500 to 800 for example.
For a male on a 5:2 fast profile the minimum recommended calorie intake by the people who devised the diet is 600 calories yet the App defaults automatically to 500 calories in the Diary. Be good if the app could pick up from a user's profile if male or female so making the adjustment.

It would be good to add an option to switch off those 500 kcals on fasting days. That is not a true fast and should be ideally an informed opt in.
To be fully informed about that, it would be good if you included the info that even restricted calories like that do break a fast. If the person is "fasting" from the morning, but eats a 500 dinner, it restarts all the fasting progress/perks except for calorie restriction. The fasting time tracker that shows you the effects of your fasting is not accurate in that case and might be misleading users that are unaware of this
