Custom Entry automatic calorie calculator

Today if you do a custom entry it does like calculate automatically the calories like my fitness pal does, you need to have a calculator at hand at all times

It would be nice to have a provision to track micronutrients for custom entry. It would be quite useful when one uses a recipe off internet (where the nutrition table is already provided).
