Comparing food items
Hi, I immediately found myself looking trough different types of eggs this morning, and started comparing cooked eggs, vs egg yolk, vs eg White. Basically trying to find the best one available for my breakfast. The hard part was that I had to write down certain values I wanted to compare. A "compare" button in the menu were you choose between foods would make it easier to find that one thing which is a tiny bit better than what you previously chose.

This will be very helpful to replace food items in the diet to achieve better results. Choose from a high protein, high fat to a moderately high protein but low fat source, for example.
According to each one's goal, i'd love to have a way to compare nutritional value of food side by side.
Also would love to know which food is getting me of track from my goal like a weekly report of the "best" and "worst" food intake.
