Edit/delete Activities from Fitnesstracker

It seems there is no option to edit/delete an activity that is synched with the App. Sometimes I need to edit/delete an activity from my Samsung health App as the info is sometimes not accurate or need to be edited or deleted.

Rachel MergedMy YAZIO account is synced to my Garmin watch. I complete a treadmill workout and would like to rename it to the Garmin activity (90 min easy long run).
