Timestamp in notes e.g. for emoji

Timestamp diary notes so that I know at what time of day (and what hour into my fast) I was feeling good/bad/emoji to further analyse what's working or what needs to be tweaked.
In the same day I can have highs and lows, I can be a great morning and then have a bad night. With the current mood emojis it's hard to figure out why/when I selected specific emojis unless I type out my reasoning and add the time manually to the notes...
