Allow Recipe in Recipe and/or conversion of Recipe to Food and/or duplication of recipes
As I build up my database I'm getting extremely frustrated with the inability to include recipes in recipes or to at least be able to easily convert recipes to food items. My wife bakes multiple versions of sourdough bread. Each includes at least the starter, which is one recipe, and she often includes a grain mix, which is another recipe, so to enter a bread, I have to figure out the portions from two separate recipes plus the actual bread recipe. Sometimes the variations are minor, like the a change of flour ratio, but I have to start from scratch each time, which is a serious time waster.

Sami Viljanen MergedI can add my own recipe but if i like to make variant of recipe, now i have to write whole new recipe. If i have for example pork burrito recipe but if i would like to change pork to chicken it could be handy if i could change only this only one ingredient and save this new recipe by using "save as" option and use new name (chicken burrito)

RumiI would like to be able to duplicate the recipes I create.
Because the ingredients we put in are a little different each time.
The way I would be most happy is to be able to make slightly different changes each time in one recipe.
However, I think this would be difficult to implement, so I would like to be able to duplicate recipes that I create.
Thank You. -

SamSame suggestion for meals. If I have a variation of a food/ingredient in a meal, I'd have to create a new meal from scratch, which is time consuming. It'd be so much easier if there was an option to edit the ingredients in my existing meal, and "save as" a new meal.
