Add a meal plan tailored to older women’s nutritional needs, including more protein and vitamin thresholds that support strong bones, healthy hearts, and cognitive and mental health (e.g., calcium, magnesium, and vitamins D and B12). Add dietary goal template that calculates protein, carbs, and fat at percentages recommended for older women (e.g., 1 to 1.5 g protein per kilogram of body weight).
For those of us experiencing pre diabetes there has been a lot of study that fats contribute just as much as sugars and a plant based diet can help.
You calculations tell me that I need at least 2.500+ kcal a day to archive my goal.
But when ever I try to create my personal diet plan it creates one with max. 1.500 kcal.
It's seems that the meal plan absolutely ignore the goals of the one using the app.
I want to gain weight this why I want to use this app...but for me, except of using some of your good recipes, it is useless.
Because I need a guide (like the prep meal diet plan)
...I could see the recipes before I paid ...I paid to use the diet plan guide.
Please add some to gain weight..thanks
