Create specific Shortcuts and Automation for iOS

I'm an apple user. To make the application smarter it would be a very useful function to create specific SHORTCUTS to create automations. I often want to add a meal via apple watch / iPhone but it's not always possible! Why? Or create automations that add a meal at a certain time ...

I understand that Yazio can support Siri, but the instructions for it are not clear. Some suggestions:

- Allow users to add food using Siri, such as "Ad a banana". When I save a recipe as a favourite, I get a popup asking if I would like the recipe to Siri. However, this does not happen when I favourite a basic food, such as a banana. I only get the Siri option when favouriting a full recipe. Therefore, I cannot find any option to add just a banana using Siri.
Do I have to manually setup a shortcut using the Shortcuts app, or is there a much simpler option?

- Maybe add a section in the Help section that lists more Siri options and sayings. The only article I found was the one linked below, and doesn't provide much information. A more fleshed out help article about Siri would be very useful.
