In my case ( and for most athletes) I have more than 4 meals per day so I have for example to split my breakfast in 3 or 4 smaller meals that I have to register them all in breakfast section.
I am suggesting the option to create more meal sections e.g. breakfast 1, breakfast 2 ...... to keep meals organized..or have the ability to create some sub-meals
