DavideEven better would be to calculate the glicemyc load for a meal while you add food to it ( i.e. if eaten together lunch has a gl of ...)

Argo5The GI would be a very, very important addition for diabetics. However, adding GL of different ingredients in a meal does not work, because the ingredients influence each other.

JohnGlycemic Index should be definitely be added to your food database and meal plans. GI is a main factor when planning a healthy diet. Please reconsider and add this feature.

Marc MoratóThe glycemic index is important for a fat loss diet, which together with adequate intermittent fasting and physical exercise can achieve very good results. Implementing it in Yazio would help us to better follow the diet.

OzkanAdding Glycemic index value of the foods will be highly usefull. I am sure there are some people only looking for this feature. Please consider adding this feature so we (premium users) will keep using the app without looking for alternatives.
