When logging meals, it would be useful to log the time of meal. This is important for anyone who is practising intermittent fasting and wanting to keep 14-16 hours between dinner and breakfast (for example)
And also for people like me who is doing a 20:4 intermittent fasting
It would be helpful also to create a food diary and look for habits/trends
I do 16 :8 intermittent fasting. So i have no breakfast. But i can't change it. So i have always to much for lunch and dinner. Maybe i mean the same as the suggestion above but i did not understand what was meant by " log time of meal"....english is not my language.
It would be helpful to track snacking times. If I know I snack a lot at a certain time, I can prepare by drinking water to hopefully get rid of that urge during that time.
I work third shift, my meal times are off. The regular breakfast lunch dinner doesn't exactly apply to shift work.
If you add this, the Yazio app will become the best :)
Time of Meals . When logging meals, it would be useful to log the time of meal. This is important for anyone who has diabetic and migraine. please add this immediately!
yes please add Time of the Meals . its very useful for the migraine patients as well. this app is perfect just lacking in this feature.
yeees!!! i need it! i eat every ~ two-three hours and everytime forget when i ate last time
Time of meals would be wonderfull! I currently set the daytime names to timeperiods to help me a little in categorizing but to be able to actually log the Time would be much better. Granted, you might not have the possibility to calculate the recommended intake, so for people who want to leave it as it is maybe make this a toggle feature?
I always forget a time when I had food. Time of adding every product will be good additional feature.
Also a 20:4 could be considered to add
It would be nice to add 2 more meal times to have 5 meals a day. 10 and 16 hours would be good.

It would be awesome if I could log time, as I tend to eat more often then every 3-4 hours, it would be easier if I could see when ate last time. Thanks 🙏
It would be perfect if, in addition, you have the option of the times when the meals are inserted for a better control of the space between the meals of its users. Please think carefully about it, I believe it would be a great upgrade for the application. Thanks for your attention! :)

Feature that can add to YAZIO are date and time each meal

I would like to enter the time I ate my meals to see if I'm eating too close to bed time or waiting too long to eat breakfast and if I'm snacking in between meals too often.

I usually adding meal, when I eat, and sometimes I forgot time when I was exactly eating, and in my diet it's really important, to eat for example: after 2 hours. And I could just check time when I added the meal. You could also add then reminder, that I can set.
Also, it would help if I could use the „time of meal“ feature to add meals from the day before. I was at a wedding yesterday, didn’t log everything during the party, came home after midnight and couldn’t edit this wedding day anymore. Would be great to have the option to add afterwards. Think using the date/time feature could fix this. And yes I known, I’m supposed to log everything before I eat. But I sometimes struggle to do so 😇 thank you guys for considering!

In summer i don't have any schedule, and time of meals would give some kind of timetable for my day, so i wouldn't ever lose my schedule... But it would only be great, if we could edit the times, for those people who are working or studying, and don't have time to eat that time, when the app says...
fixing meal times is very important for developing a habit and controlling eating in general. it would be very nice if there will be some window where I could bring the meal time. and then it will be visible near to the photo or instead of the photo if the photo was not uploaded
Plz add this!, It’s so important to check the time of meals. What you’re eating and when you’re eating combined indicate your quality of diet!
Time of Meals. This is important for anyone who has diabetic. please add this.
I would love to enter the time I ate so I can keep track of when I eat again. More than 4 meals in a day would also be helpful!
Whenever we add a meal, the time appears to have a control if it is time to eat again and if possible also let edit the meal time if you need to

I think the most important aspect of this is that you can eat your daily calories after 8 pm and your day will be green but obviously the effect won't be beneficial.
So sometimes I really need to know when exactly I’d eaten something and I can’t. Please add a timestamp next to every food item reported.
Hello, the time is very important to know when we can eat or not, to see if we leave enough time between the two meals. All this to avoid snacking or overeating.
I would like to track meal time and get notifications 1/2h before set time for each meal 😊 This will help me not to skip meals if I get cought up in work.
Please add meal time, we need a perfect App. I have 4 similar apps , none of them is perfect, but I’m counting on YAZIO .., so far it has most of what I’m looking for👍
I would like to be able to see at what time I ate things.
Add time when you eat so you wouldn’t get notifications about lunch just after you have started your breakfast. Not every people work nine to five
Yes please! I'm also fasting 20:4 and this would be a great help. The last app I used had it and it was a great way to keep on top of things. All around, it would better suit a great amount of users because the app can be intelligent and log whether the fast is sucessfull or not, and also will round up the week better with a true count of overall fasting. Please add this! :-)

I agree, it would be sufficient to log the entry time of the first food for each meal, and display it as the meal time, it would allow us by entering the first food to have the meal time.
Personally, I think it'd be really helpful if beside each meal (or even each ingredient but it doesn't need to be that specific) the time at which you entered it was showing. It would make planning out your meals throughout the day way easier.
It would be perfect to add time of meal and intermittent time back to date to keep tracker and analysis.Sometimes i’m not able to track due minute, but i remember the time and. would like to make it back to date.

Need to have timestamp for meals to be able to provide food diary to nutritionist and export function of the date e.g. to Excel or other mean to print food diary type of data.

To have the ability to input the TIME along side any meals/snacks/caloric consumption throughout the day. The option to rename, as well as add meals, since not everyone adheres to the traditional 3-meals-a-day routine.
As an intermittent faster, I think this would be very beneficial, since my first meal (technically breakfast) doesn't often happen before noon. Perhaps athletes who may eat more smaller meals throughout the day, or anybody else who just doesn't adhere to the traditional routine of meals.

Having day time available will help detecting nutrition impact on blood sugar (important for diabetics)
Fully agree. Determining at what times meals will occur is important for planning the meals. As of now, my 16:8 intermittent fasting excludes breakfast (normal) but also snacks, because the app considers snack to be in the morning, apparently. So the app plans my caloric intake in only 2 meals, lunch and dinner, theoretically excluding the possibility that I will eat lunch, snack, and then dine. It would be great to have a more accurate caloric plan from being able to tell the app that, even though I do intermittent fasting, I eat three meals!
