YAZIO User Suggestions
When logging meals, it would be useful to log the time of meal. This is important for anyone who is practising intermittent fasting and wanting to keep 14-16 hours between dinner and breakfast (for example)
And also for people like me who is doing a 20:4 intermittent fasting
It would be helpful also to create a food diary and look for habits/trends
I do 16 :8 intermittent fasting. So i have no breakfast. But i can't change it. So i have always to much for lunch and dinner. Maybe i mean the same as the suggestion above but i did not understand what was meant by " log time of meal"....english is not my language.
It would be helpful to track snacking times. If I know I snack a lot at a certain time, I can prepare by drinking water to hopefully get rid of that urge during that time.
I work third shift, my meal times are off. The regular breakfast lunch dinner doesn't exactly apply to shift work.
If you add this, the Yazio app will become the best :)
