Would like to have the fasting tracker available on the apple watch app, and also as a complication

It would be awesome if you could start/stop a fasting on the Apple Watch app. Then you don’t need to open the app on the phone. And also to have a watch complication where you can see the remaining time of the fast or a circle/line of the fasting period.
