Notify with a snack suggestion if user is far below calorie goal
In diets where the objective is to gain weight (e.g. build muscle) it is likely that the user needs to keep a high calorie intake throughout the day.
From my experience with Yazio, eating one meal of the "High Protein" category two or even three times a day isn't enough to meet that calorie goal. It surely helps reaching/exceeding the protein goal, but rarely the calorie goal. More often than not, the ideal balance is achieved by having only one "High Protein" meal in a given day, but incorporate a snack or two that same day.
The suggestion is: when after lunch I'm still far behind my calorie goal, I wish Yazio could nudge me with a customized suggestion of snack to remind me I have to catch up, so that I don't have to force myself to fill the gap during dinner.
