It would be nice to set different calories goals (e.g monday, tuesday same calories and wednesday -friday another calories goal) . It depends on our activity level
useful for carbs cycling.
This means that you are not eting Every day the Same amount of calories. This increases your weight loss

To be able to adjust the goal for calories and macros for each meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack). Also to be able to do this with different goals each day. I eat different each day because of different activities. That includes different macro ratios per day and per meal.

Hello! I also use FatSecret (another app) and this app can be the possibility to chooise different goals (Protein, Carbohydrates, Kilocalories) for each days (monday ecc ecc). This feature is very important for me and for those who follow a diversified sporting and food activity for days. goals (e.g monday, tuesday same calories and wednesday -friday another calories goal) . It depends on our activity level
This is really good idea! For example I go to the gym 3 times a week so have to eat more these days. I don't have a clear schedule, though. Sometimes trainings start on Monday, sometimes on Tuesday.
This would be great for planned "cheatdays" and fore low-cal challenges.
wonderful application but in my opinion it could still improve. It would be useful to be able to set "off" days with the possibility of inserting different kcal and macronutrients compared to "on" days.
The possibility to set different MACROS for each day of the week
It would be nice to have the possibility to change the amount of calories And set macros differently for each day of the week, and also to be able to see the average amount of calories per week.
More flexibility with dynamic weekly macro goals(the weekly caloric goal updates according to the amount of calories I’ve had on each day. + possibility to set different macros for different days

Why not fix a total amount of kalories as goal for each day of week ?
For example monday maximum kl 1600 , sunday maximum kl 2000 , friday maximum kl 1800 ecc ecc
It would be a very competitive advantage having a Yazio pro feature that makes it possible to determine different calorie needs during a week.
This is also called zig-zag dieting.
It is used to prevent weight loss plateaus during a low calorie diet.
Add the possibility to change the number of calories to be taken depending on the day of the week (ex. Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday ,Thursday: 1500kcal;
Friday, Sunday: 2000kcal

It would be great if we could (optionally) adjust the current day calorie goal based on the result of the previous day. The objective would be to have a consistent weekly average.
For example, if yesterday was a "cheat day", today you may want to have a lower intake or a higher activity level.
Similarly, if one day your intake is below the target, the next day you could afford to have a higher intake.
Good morning Yazio team start by complimenting you on what you have done.
I would like to propose a solution that would take the application to a next level where it is possible to plan in detail throughout the week.
It would be useful to be able to set in addition to the weekly target setting, for those who want the possibility of a calorie target on a single day or the division of macros on a single day in order to organize in detail for example a phase of body recomposition, where we have t

Add separated day on and day off calories and macro nutrients.
Especially in case of sportspeople and people following a cycling diet that would be useful: to programme your daily intake and macros differently for each day of the week (or month/10 days time) for instance.
Useful tor calories cycling

Ho, It would be nice also the possibility to decide per day the diet rupe, for example: I do intermittent fasting 3 days of the week and let the other days choose the calories Daily.Regards

This would be great for carb cycling! Can’t wait :)
Would be great to set different macro goals for each day - with having templates.eg. Workout day, Fasting day, Normal Day, Low Card day, High Carb day - you get the point. And then use these templates to set goals either every morning or plan the entire week.
More and more nutritionists say that it is important to reach a weekly goal, not just daily, and it is interesting to add a weekly view (weekly calories) useful for macros, total calories and possibly free lunch.
To carry out an adequate body recomposition, calories and macronutrients need to change every day on a weekly basis. It is essential to allow this to be planned. All of this is to shed fat and build muscle easily, especially for skinny fats.
could you add the setting and automatic calculation of the weekly calorie balance, with the first day of the week settable? because for the body it is not the single day that counts but the weekly calorie balance!
for those who have a personalized plan with a nutritionist, the needs indicated by the application are not in accordance with my diet plan. I wish I could change my daily plan, so I can put in the necessary calories passed by my nutritionist.
It would be convenient to be able to set the calorie goal and macros distribution for each day of the week, e.g. from Sunday to Friday 1600 kcal and Saturday 1950 kcal, so as to have a weekly average of 1650 kcal and not have red days but only green days, as all calorie recharges are programmed.
Desperately need to set up different daily goals for calories and macros.
I definitely agree, some diet requires different calories and nutritional goals (like carbo %). Other apps are already supporting this feature in a daily mode but I would prefer to keep using Yazio.
Most users approach this app precisely to carry out a body recomposition. In view of this, it is not at all useful to adopt a fixed calorie schedule. There must be the ability to plan calories and macronutrient needs within the week (at least). This will allow the weekly planning of calories and macronutrients, in such a way as to also align with the advice of the personal trainer, thus avoiding to update calories and macronutrients day by day. This is a fundamental component that would go before all the features as it would get users a lot more results. I kindly ask you to vote on the following feature so that it goes up immediately. Thank you!
insert in the PRO version the possibility to decide the daily goals of the various Macronutrients
Example: Monday Wednesday Friday
Carbohydrates 300g Proteins 150g Fat 40g
and Tuesday Thursday Saturday
Carbohydrates 160g Proteins 150g Carbohydrates 100g Fat
#dailygoals #macronutrients #analysis #diary
I need to to eat 12.000 calorie in a week.
So Monday I eat 2500.
Thursday I only eat 1500.
Wednesday a little bit more ,2000 cal.
My aim is to reach 12.000 calorie at the end of the week.
Please please please, my abs (and my girlfriend, of course) are strongly waiting for this update. Go Yazio, go!
Please add this upgrade. It would be very useful to have an option to manually adjust calorie goal for different days of the week. Or add automatic option for Zigzag calorie tracking.
Yes please add this! I would like to use it for carb cycling. I have 5 low carb days in a week and 2 high carb days. It would be so handy to just switch between 2 different goals
Can't wait! It will helps me set my goals for carb cycling
