Track why I ate
I’d like the ability to track what drives me to eat. Did I eat because I was hungry, happy, sad, tired or some other reason? Tracking my “food mood” could help me pause and reconsider why I choose to eat when I am not hungry.

Sibi MergedI get the meat sweats if I eat too much meat, and I suffer from migraines when I consume too much sugar. I’d like the ability to log and track side effects from foods.
