Option to turn off the new sound, gamification and pop ups

Please let us turn off (mute) the new sounds.
But also the whole gamification stuff.
Up to 3 (sometimes 5) popups (streak, streak freeze, overview) when tracking the first time of the day.
The overview which comes everytime and is pretty useless.
Please make all of this stuff optional.
i'm seriously consider to let my subscription run out, because of this.
Tracking calories is already annoying and each additional clicks make it worse.
