More theme and color personalization options

I’d really love to see more customization options for the app’s appearance. Right now the interface is mostly limited to the default teal color scheme, and it would be great if users could personalize it more.
Some ideas:
- Multiple color themes (dark, pastel, high-contrast, etc.)
- The ability to choose an accent color
- Optional theme packs or seasonal themes
- Customizable background colors for dashboards and trackers
A lot of people use the app multiple times a day, so having visual options would make it more comfortable and enjoyable to use long-term. It could also improve accessibility for users who find the current colors too harsh or difficult to look at.
