Built-in Step Counter

Add a step counter feature inside Yazio to avoid having to use separate apps.
People use Yazio to be more healthy and step counters are a great way to encourage more physical activity. The current implementation of the step tracker requires separate apps with separate accounts to use automatic tracking, so it would be really, and I do mean really, helpful if Yazio could just simply count my steps as many other applications do.
