  I vary my fasting times and lengths, it would be great to be able to start and stop my fast and tell the app how long I am fasting for, so that it is logging the exact length of my fast

  I think that it is a great to be able to customize the schedule of fasting/meal. So for example I can move my range from 12:30 to 20:30 which is more comfortable.

  I have my fasting schedule set, but I often start little bit earlier or later, depending on my day agenda, family dinner time etc. I need a manual button "I started fasting now" or a way how to modify the pre-set start to match reality. Also when I break my fast unexpectedly, I log my breakfast, which breaks my fast, but the timer continues to go on.
  (Same function as Zero fast app)

  I love your app but I had to download another app for intermittent fasting 😔 Because there is no 18/6 intermittent fasting section and I do my follow-up from another program I don't want to. Please add 18/6 🤸🏽‍♀️

  Yes I agree, it would be great if we could specify our own fasting intervals in the app. For example on Mondays I use the 18-6 formula, on Tuesdays 23-1, on Wednesdays no fasting at all, the next day 18-6 and so on.

  For example 1:1 fast is always from 00:00 to next day 00:00 and I usually start fasting at evening or morning so cant use Yazio to track fasting time. Could use also open time- fasting calculator, similar as Life fasting app that I am using now.

  Please allow adjusting fasting times anytime without having to quit the widget altogether first. It happens way too often that one fasts longer than planned.
  
  Or instead of a separate setting just let users have a "start fasting now" "start eating now" option that starts the according timer.

  it would really be an addition to be able to press start and stop during the intermittent Fasting ring. now you can only indicate your hours in advance. missed opportunity, especially for the paid version ..

  I would like to log when i have my last meal and start fasting, and when I quit fasting (have my next meal) so I can have a history of how many hours I'm fasting every day. Since not every day I succeed in 16h and other days I do more then 16h. I don't eat every day at the same time.

  It is great that you can plan your fasting individually each day and the timer shows when it is time. I miss the possibility to start and end manually: it is a important trigger to start consciously and it is never possible to start or end exactly on time. Even though I pay for this app, I use an other app for IF 🤔
