Weekly feedback on progress
I find it would be useful to receive some feedback regarding my progress. I have a pro account and would expect some personalized advice on nutrients, progression of weight loss, activities. I find the meal plans difficult to follow and adapt to my routine so I upload my meals each time, but I have no idea if I'm doing right, especially with regards to nutrients. I think it would be much more useful to include a weekly coach feedback. Something like, you should consume more/less potassium or your protein intake is too low/high. Or you are consuming more calories than your intake, please reduce your activities or increase your intake. I hope you take my request into consideration. Thanks

TJ MergedAs the app is collecting lost of information, Its good to recommend for the pro users what they are missing in the diet just the chart is not helping much at least for me. Let's say for a teenage male is not having vitamins in his food then provide him some monthly recommendation with the food item he needs to take for those vitamins. This also applies to the other direction where he might be taking a lot of protein then recommend reducing it or how to spent/burn out that extra thing.

Osvaldo MergedKeeping motivation high is not always easy, but if Yazio does the calculation based on your day, how much weight you are going to lose in 4-5 weeks, it would be very nice.

That is, if he told you ... today you have consumed 1000 kcal more (with your activities) and you have saved 500 kcal by eating, then if you continue like this in 4-5 weeks you will be able to weigh this weight ... I believe that if if you could do something like this it would be very useful to be more and more motivated.

BrigittaIt would be important to be able to record more meals in the app, at least two more. For example, it is important for people with insulin resistance to have at least five meals a day (3 main and 2-3 minor).
And it would be great if the amount of carbs could be adjusted separately for each meal (in gramms).
I have PCOS, so in my case one day it looks like this:
7:00 30g CH, 10:00 20g CH, 13:00 50g CH, 16:00 20g CH, 19:00 40g CH. -

AngieIt would be helpful to be able to upload/store progress pics to have visual of changes to body shape. Not to share publicly but a section to add within the app for personal use. Thanks!

Tanja MergedIt is great to know how much energy intake I have each day and if I have some remaining or if I ate to much. But there are days, where I eat more and other where I eat less, so it would be awesome to have a weekly or monthly summary.
At the moment I enter it manually in to an excel sheet even so alle the information would be available in the app -

JuuliWeekly summary of calories would be great. This way I would know how many calories I have ”saved” during the week and spoil myself on weekend without going over on weekly calories

JaniThe bubbles up top vanished after the first week, I personally enjoyed the "hi again!" upon opening the app. Continuing comments and insights each day or week would be encouraging. Also with my name included with the initial hello would definitely add a personal touch.
