Calories balance diagram
Now we have only diagram how many I had eaten.
This is not useful for me because at one day I could run 25km on ski and all the other day spent on couch. Calories spend on this two days differs nearly twice as much.
So I would like to see if I eat in accordance with my actual activity.

JasperThis would be perfect. My goal is to keep a certain amount of calories surplus.
I can find calories consumed, calories burned, calories goal but nowhere in a analysis the calories balance. Only in the diary for each individual day. So the calculation and data is already there. Please create also a analysis for the calories balance (surplus/deficit) -

CédricThis would be perfect for me too. The analysis of calories burned is not correct as you to have a weekly analysis because it take in account only the days you had an activity for its calculation. It would be better if the result would be the mean on 7 days.

TrI wanted to propose the same! In the end, losing weight is all about the caloric deficit, yet there is no way to see that in yazio. The current graph is irrelevant to me as I try to be as active as possible, which often makes a big difference in the number of calories I am expected to eat.

Eliot MergedHello.
I think it's not ideal to have only daily goals. First of all, it would make more sense to have (keeping the daily) monthly and weekly goals. Because maybe I only eat 500 calories one day (or even young!) and 4000 the next. But that balances out on a weekly or monthly basis, right? So there should be one color bullet per week and month.
Second, having only one green dot for success and one red dot for failure is not ideal. We should have three colors: the green one respects 100% your goal (for me, lose 1kg per week) The red one if you fail (for me, it would be stabilization or weight gain, so extra calories) and a new color: orange if you improve but not enough. For me, it would be: orange if I eat the amount that makes me lose weight (but less than 1kg/week).
Because right now, if I eat less calories than I should to maintain my weight, I'm still in the red. Typically, I could lose 0.5kg per week and be in the red every day since my target is 1kg per day, which is not lo -
