Expose public API
I'm an active user of Yazio and was about to add integration with my voice assistant, so I could just say "Yazio, I've had 200 grams of chicken and a boiled egg".
Can you please expose some kind of API so I could implement that?
Thank you!

With an API you would make yazio even more powerfull.
I would for example implement an barcode scanner (e.g. with ios workflows) that scans the code of the product i am eating, determine if its breakfest (based on time of the day) and post this automatically to the yazio api. -

Henning M. Stephansen MergedPlease provide an API for reading and writing data. Would love to be able to synchronize other health services to it.

Ivan LukicThis would also be great for integration with other services (IFTTT, Zapier).

StoragegirlYes, please provide an API or at least the possibility do to a DB dump (to .csv for example). Would be enormously helpful when visiting your doctor - presenting some nice list instead of scrolling through day by day.
Positive: I am a huge fan !!! -

Waldemar Enns+1 from me. Would love to build a simple private web-based app to add meals in the browser.

Volker MönchNo News? No plans? No comments from support. Disappointing. 😕
Is there an alternative way to get the own data? -

TryingBetterAn API endpoint to be able to read the current calories consumed today, and previous days would be a great addition that would make this app be able to do what none of its competitors can (primarily MPF, Cronometer) when integrated with smartwatch apps. A solution for his is glaringly lacking in this market.

DenisFolks, public API is really great thing for geeks!
I'm a professional SW developer and today I decided that I will write an integration with voice assistant since it is pretty annoying to record calories when you eat a number of things more than 4-5. It would be really helpful to be able do it using voice. But seems like it is not possible to create such integration since there is no a public API for yazio profile.
Please we need a public API :) -

ThomasI order from a food delivery service every day. I know all the calorie/fat/carb/protein information in advance for the next 2 months. I have written a script that extracts it from the website for me, but it’s still a pain to enter it every day into the app. I also think this could be used by the community, but entering 5 foods every day manually I definitely won’t do. Can I send the data to you for quick digestion, or can I get an API access so I can keep adding them through my script?
Currently I just output the next 5 days through my script in a markdown file here:

SvenJust to give some example what would be possible. Yazio has the feature of a shopping list, wouldn't it be great if I could put this stuff right in my Rewe/Flink etc shopping cart?
So many opportunities and it would be actually a quite good selling point - if there is a big ecosystem of extensions/integrations into other products. -
