Top of products consumed per nutrient
It would be helpful to see a list of top products responsible for the consumption of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. For example, having monthly data showing that 30% of consumed fats come from cheese would allow the user to adjust their behavior and eat less cheese. Similarly, seeing that a large portion of carbohydrates comes from sweets might encourage them to add other carbohydrate-rich foods to their diet.
The current analytics are quite basic and helpful but lack insights into which specific products should be consumed less or more. This kind of detailed analysis could significantly enhance decision-making for healthier eating habits.
